Program Manager

Cielo Inertial Solutions, a leading company in the development and production of Inertial Navigation Systems for the defense industry in Israel and International Markets, is growing. We are looking for a

Program Manager

to join our team and take a leading role in our challenging Development and Production Programs.

Your day-to-day activity is to work closely with multiple internal and external interfaces – customers, engineering, operations, subcontractors, and management to execute, supervise, and manage the programs’ work plan, deliveries and budget.

In this role you will –

1. Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary programs for various defense applications, involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
2. Manage a range of production programs – coordinate production and deliveries to customers.
3. Manage program lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
4. Ensure alignment with strategic goals, budget, and timelines.
5. Interface with engineering, operations, R&D, finance, and external partners (customer and subcontractors) domestic and international.
6. Prepare and present program status to executive leadership and customers.
7. Identify and mitigate risks across technical, operational, and contractual domains.

Role requirements –

1. 2-3 years experience in program management, or similar roles.
2. Experience with products involving HW assembly and integration, and HW deliveries to customers.
3. Experience in leading multidisciplinary technical programs – an advantage.
4. Academic degree in Engineering
5. Results oriented and self-driven manager.
6. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
8. Experience in agile work environment – an advantage.
9. Fluent in English.
