Dr. Arbel was appointed CEO of Cielo in January 2008 after previously serving as VP of Operations since the establishment of the company in 2005. Prior to Cielo Inertial Solutions, Dr. Arbel served as Production and Operations Manager at Chiaro Networks, leading several development projects, including the implementation and certification of the company for ISO9001-2000.
From 1996 to 2000, Dr. Arbel was a Senior Engineer at AspenTech, a consulting company to the chemical industry in Houston, Texas. In this capacity he installed Advanced Process Control applications in several refineries world–wide.
Dr. Arbel holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the Technion in Haifa, and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from CUNY (City University of New York).

Prior to his current responsibility for Program Management and Business Development at Cielo, Yitzhak Yoselis held management and system engineering positions in a number of public sector organizations: the Israeli Air Force, the Government Aerospace sector at ELTA IAI, and in the private sector at Cielo Ltd.
As Program manager in Cielo, Yitzhak oversaw the 1st IMU development, as well as several other IMU/FOG programs. In the Israeli Airforce, Yitzhak was responsible for managing high-end technological projects, coordinating between industry, operational user, and IAF management. He oversaw advanced multi-disciplinary projects and high-end flight/land experiments.
In ELTA IAI, he led the system integration group and was deputy technical manager of the CAEW project (a 1B$ systems mega project).

Itzik Engel has been Director of Engineering at Cielo Inertial Solutions since 2014. Upon joining the company in 2005, as a system engineer, he led several developments of Inertial Measurement Units and IMU sub-components. In 2018 he was appointed VP of R&D and Engineering.
Prior to Cielo Inertial Solutions, Itzik worked at Chiaro Networks as a development engineer, part of the team that developed a bio-sensor for nitride-oxide sensing. Itzik holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in physics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He earned his M.Sc. for research on Optical and Electrical Properties of Composite Structures of Porous Silicon.

Arik Kochanovski has been VP Operations at Cielo since January 2019. He joined us from HP Indigo, a market leader of the digital printing market where he served as a Worldwide Supplies Manufacturing Manager and KG Site Manager. Prior to HP Indigo, Arik served as VP of Production and Operations in Chiaro Networks. During this period, Arik built up the Operation Teams and infrastructures in Israel together with the USA team. Previously, Arik served as VP of Operations at Shelcase, a semiconductor startup in Jerusalem, and served as Industrial Engineer in Intel fab8 and US Intel plants.
Arik holds a B.Sc. and MBA in industrial Engineering from the Technion in Haifa.

Adi Ron was appointed Director of Human Resources in September 2016. Prior to Cielo she served as HR Director at Chiasma, a pharmaceutical company, for six years. Previously she held several Human Resources Managerial positions in a variety of companies, such as ECI, Elbit Systems, and Exalenz Bioscience.
Adi holds a BA in Behavioral Sciences from Ben Gurion University and a M.Sc. degree in Organizational Behavior from Tel Aviv University.
Originally serving Cielo as Finance Controller, Dov represents and supervises all aspects of the company’s internal and external finance and accounting. Beyond his careful consultation on pricing projects and systems for customers, he also delivers regular financial analyses to the company’s board of Directors and management team.
Before joining Cielo in 2014, Dov spent four years at KPMG providing audit and general accounting services for a range of local and international clients in the hi-tech industry.
He is a member of the Israel Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds an MBA from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, specializing in financial management.

Avi Hofi joined Cielo in 2016 as Quality Assurance Manager. Before Cielo, he held several positions in aviation programs at Israel Aerospace Industries where he was QA Manager for the in manufacturing programs for the Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II Wings, F-16 Wings and Bell V-280 Valor Nacelle. Avi is a certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence and Quality Engineering from the American Society for Quality. He also holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management, from Ariel University.
